When and where to seek job as cooking chef in Europe

Hi, i have beeing travelling and working in severals countries the past 10 years. I found my self in many different situation and sometimes i felt lost or that i will not manage that particular time to find a job and survive.

What i did is simply look the best work vacancies in my area and apply for it as much as i can but with criteria.. i´ll explain more soon
